Mobile Health Outreach Ministry
When access to healthcare is limited, many in Northeast Florida face significant obstacles to maintaining their health. The Mobile Health Outreach Ministry brings hope and healing directly to those in need by providing free, quality medical care right in their communities. This unique, award-winning program serves working families, the homeless, seniors and children with targeted outreach services that include preventive check-ups, disease management, wellness education and more. With more than 10,000 patient visits and upwards of 2,700 prescriptions filled annually, our ministry saves lives and thousands of dollars in ER bills by addressing health issues before they escalate. Your support makes it possible to deliver vital care, empowering people to live healthier, fuller lives.

Good Samaritan Fund
Navigating the costs associated with medical care can be overwhelming, especially for those facing serious health challenges. The Good Samaritan Fund bridges the financial gap for patients who require critical support beyond their hospital stay. Established in 1959, this fund assists with essential needs such as transportation, medications, infusions and durable medical equipment. Each year, your generous contributions empower more than 2,400 patients, ensuring they can continue their treatment and healing journey with dignity. By contributing to the Good Samaritan Fund, you are upholding our mission to serve the most vulnerable and extend the compassion of Christ through action.

Brighter Beginnings
At Ascension St. Vincent’s Foundation, we believe that every baby deserves a healthy start in life. Through our Brighter Beginnings program, we address the critical issue of infant mortality in Northeast Florida. By equipping expectant mothers and families with essential knowledge about safe infant care, nutrition and prenatal wellness, we help them overcome barriers that could affect their child’s health. Our comprehensive support, including educational sessions, nutritious meals and essential baby supplies, has reached more than 1,441 individuals since 2009, leading to a remarkable 35% decrease in infant mortality in our area. Your support makes these life-changing programs possible and ensures that mothers and their babies receive the care and guidance they need for a brighter future.
