COVID-19 Updates
At the Ascension St. Vincent’s Foundation, our purpose is to enhance the current and future healthcare needs of our community. It is with this purpose in mind that our leadership team decided to take proactive measures to protect our staff and supporters against novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
This page will serve as your go-to resource for all Foundation-related updates as we work to adjust to the rapidly evolving situation surrounding COVID-19. We will continue to heed the guidance of local, state and national government health officials as we all navigate this pandemic together.
We all play a critical role in preventing the spread of COVID-19, and we appreciate all of the support we have received from our friends of the foundation during this uncertain time. Please join us in praying for our community, our state, and all those impacted around the world.
Operational Adjustments
Out of an abundance of caution, the Foundation staff has moved to a remote working model in response to COVID-19. The best way to currently contact our team is by individual emails or by reaching out to thefoundation@ascension.org.

Medical Support for Suspected COVID-19
Ascension St. Vincent’s is working to keep our community healthy during this time and prevent the spread of infection while also offering options for easier access to care.
If you have a fever, cough or other respiratory symptoms, please contact your primary care physician or call (833) 978-0649 prior to visiting one of our facilities, so you can be screened by a nursing professional.
As the media is sharing, the region’s emergency rooms are experiencing high volumes, so we ask that you not visit an ER unless your needs are emergent. However, should you need emergency care, please know that your care team will do everything they can to help you.
For convenient access to a provider without leaving home in non-emergency situations, you may use Ascension Online Care from a smartphone or mobile device (laptop or tablet), which offers visits with a healthcare provider 24/7 from work, travel or home. Use code HOME for a discounted $20 visit. Download the app at www.ascension.org/OnlineCare. Care is available in all 50 states and no insurance is required.
There is also an Ascension Coronavirus Hotline set up for those who have questions about COVID-19, are experiencing symptoms, or those who want to receive a text message to schedule an Ascension Online Care appointment with a provider. The number is 833-981-0712.
For ongoing general COVID-19 updates nationally, visit the Centers for Disease Control website.
