Healthcare Shouldn't Be a Choice

Right here in Northeast Florida, our neighbors face impossible choices: Pay rent or take a sick child to the doctor? Buy groceries or fill a prescription? These aren't people looking for handouts; they're working families caught in the gap – earning too much to qualify for Medicaid but too little for private insurance. Through Ascension St. Vincent's Mobile Health Outreach Ministry, we're changing these stories. This year alone, we provided vital care through 10,299 patient visits, delivered $2.7 million in essential medical services, and filled 2,581 prescriptions for neighbors in crisis.
